The top 20 new recipes from 2020, with everything from fun projects to easy food preservation (and so much air frying!)

It’s safe to say that 2020 has been one for the books. When the world changed in March, so many people flocked to their kitchens – out of necessity, boredom, and pleasure. And our top recipes of the year certainly reflected that!
There were the “necessity” folks, pickling veggies and making their own croutons. And there were the people at peak quarantine boredom, spending hours making their own pasta. But so many people found joy in their kitchens again, working on projects like homemade kimchi, kombucha, and kefir!
Whichever camp you fall into, I am forever grateful that my recipes could help shape and feed your 2020. Stay tuned as we take on some fun new ingredients and cooking methods in 2021. Happy New Year, friends!
