What Is The 31 Day Vegetarian Challenge?
For everyday of the 31 days in January, I’ll be releasing one of my favorite vegetarian dinner recipes. These are some of my easiest (and most delicious) vegetarian recipes to help inspire your plant-based cooking and set a healthy foundation for the new year!
How It Works
Everyday in January I’ll share a dinner recipe idea. The recipes will be released in our Eatmail, Instagram, TikTok, and at the bottom of this page. To enter the challenge and have a chance at winning one of the prizes:
- Make any of the recipes in this series (recipes below)
- Leave a thoughtful review of the recipe
- Fill out this form to let me know you’ve left a review
- Be entered to win an Amazon gift card! Enter as many times as you want by making as many of the recipes as you’d like.
Bonus Entry: Get a bonus entry for each recipe you make by also sharing a photo of your finished recipe on Instagram, tagging @liveeatlearn!
What Are The Prizes?
There will be 3 winners chosen at random:
- One Grand Prize Winner – a $300 Amazon gift card
- Two Runners Up – a $100 Amazon gift card each
How To Enter
Step 1: Make A Recipe
Make any of the recipes shared in our 31 Day Vegetarian Challenge. I will post a new recipe daily at the bottom of this page, as well as on Instagram, TikTok, and in our Eatmail.
(Please note: you must make and review a recipe in this series – many of the recipes on Live Eat Learn will not be featured in this series. All recipes included in this series can be found at the bottom of this post as I make them public).
Step 2: Leave A Review
Go to the recipe you made and leave a thoughtful review by scrolling to the very bottom of the post to where it says “leave a comment”.
Bonus Entry: Get a bonus entry for each recipe you make by also sharing a photo of your finished recipe on Instagram, tagging @liveeatlearn!
Step 3: Fill Out Form
Fill out 👉 this form 👈 to let me know that you’ve left a review. If you don’t fill out this form, I won’t know that you’ve joined the challenge!
Step 4: Enter As Many Times As You Want!
Make as many of the recipes in our 31 Day Vegetarian Challenge as you want (more entries = more chances of winning). Just be sure to leave a review and fill out the form for each recipe you make! You can enter a total of 62 times (31 thoughtful reviews + 31 shares on Instagram).
Entry Deadlines
We will be accepting entries from January 1st until February 7th 2023. Submissions will close on February 7th at 11:59 pm CST. Winners will be selected and notified on February 8th 2023.
Other Important Details
What if I need to make dietary modifications to a recipe?
Go for it! We often include some possible ingredient and dietary swaps in the recipes, but you’re welcome to change up the recipe to suit your tastes or dietary needs. When you leave your review, it’s helpful if you note what you changed about the recipe in case others want to do the same!
How old do I have to be to participate?
You will need to be 18 years or older to enter to win a prize.
Can I enter multiple times?
For each recipe you try, you can enter once by leaving a thoughtful review, and again by sharing a photo of your version of the recipe on Instagram (tagging @liveeatlearn).
Do I need to live in the U.S. to win?
Prizes can be won by anyone worldwide.
How will winners be chosen?
By filling out this form, you are entered to win one of the three prizes. Winners will be selected at random using a random number generator on February 8th.

Hi,
I would like to do this, but I live alone and I don’t want to do a lot of preparing. Also, how much does this cost?
Sarah Bond says
This challenge is totally free! You can make as many of the recipes as you would like at your own pace. The giveaway closes on February 7th, details on how to enter above š
Zachary zern says
My wife is a big fan of the blog, so I wanted to make a nice, vegetarian meal for our lunches tomorrow.
This exceeded my expectations. I had a bowl when it cooled on the stove with some leftover rice, and it was both satisfying and delicious. The warm spices, coupled with the easy prep, ensures I will make this again.
Looking forward to trying other recipes in the challenge, but I cannot recommend this one enough.
Sarah Bond says
I’m so happy to hear it, Zachary! Thanks for popping in! š
