I can’t imagine how my reaction would have been if my mom had tried to serve me tofu as a child, but the reaction wouldn’t have been great.
And I get it. I mean, tofu is weird, right? And it takes some coaxing to become amazing.
But after many of the members in our Facebook group mentioned how they make two dinners every night, one for their kids and one for the grown ups, I thought I’d round up a few tofu recipes for kids and grown-ups alike!
