Easy Mango Chutney

Mangoes are naturally high in vitamin A and a good source of vitamin C. Besides that, they just taste great and their bright color adds to any mango recipeโs gorgeous appearance!ย
Choose slightly firm mangos with a sweet aroma, and avoid those with sap on the skin. Store mangoes at room temperature and refrigerate once peeled and cut. Mango Smoothies, Mango Salad, and Mango Salsa are favorites of ours, so give one a try and let us know what you think!

Although the mango skin is edible, it has a tough texture with a bitter flavor. Surprisingly, the mango skin is also a common allergen because it often contains sap from the mango tree.
