I always find the easiest way to please a crowd of mixed eaters is to offer vegetarian options that are so jam packed with flavor that the meat eaters won’t even miss the animal protein!

To do this, I’ve compiled 17 vegetarian recipes for a crowd. All are packed to the brim with delicious ingredients and supply yummy flavors, making them perfect for entertaining! Depending on the amount of guests, you can easily scale up these recipes to have extra servings on hand.
