Oat Recipes

Oats are a well-balanced grain, with 70% of their calories from carbs and 15% each from protein and fat. Between steel cut, rolled, and instant oats the possibilities with oat recipes are endless.

Like all grains, oats should be kept in an airtight container to prevent moisture. Store in a cool, dark cupboard for up to three months, or refrigerate for up to 6 months.
