Easy vegetarian recipes, one ingredient at a time
Almonds are a great source of healthy fats, and are great both raw and cooked into a number of recipes.
You’ll find almonds whole, blanched (without skins), and slivered, so be sure to check which type the recipe calls for. Unopened packages of almonds can be store at room temperature for up to two years, and will last even longer if refrigerated.
