Raise your hand if you’d rather be at brunch right now! *Furiously throws hand in the air, dreaming of the next time I’ll sit down in a fun restaurant with my pals, concerned over whether I should go with the eggs benny or the sweet potato breakfast burrito this time.*

Let’s face it: Brunch is just the best. Often taking place on a lazy weekend morning or early afternoon, brunch is usually filled with delicious menu options that can’t be accessed at any other time. Not to mention the socially acceptable brunch *beverage* options!

Because I’m a firm believer that you should always be able to create your favorite dishes on your own, I decided to compile some of my all-time favorite brunchy meals so that you have easy access to the classics. Think of it as a brunch menu right in your own kitchen!

With yummy egg scrambles, smoothie bowls, huevos rancheros, and so much more, classic options can now be prepared right in the comfort of your own home. The hardest part will be deciding what to make!

Eggless French Toast

First up on our list of fantastic veggie brunch options is this perfectly sugary eggless French toast. It's a delicious, mouth-watering spin on the great breakfast classic. Oh, and it's totally vegan! The secret? It calls for nutritional yeast. Don't knock it 'til you try it!

If you love sitting down for breakfast but don’t love spending anymore than 5 minutes in the kitchen, smoothie bowls are right up your alley. Try this strawberry grapefruit version for a tart and sweet option that fits the bill!
