Is it just me, or does everything taste better when it’s in a bowl? Something about cozying up with a big bowl of nutritious food is enough to make my mouth water (bonus points for it being the perfect couch dinner, which we could all use a bit of in these anxiety-fueled days).

So I’ve rounded up our best healthy bowl recipes, including everything from nourishing Buddha bowls, to simple smoothies bowls, to bowls inspired by our favorite cuisines (like burrito bowls and poke bowls)! Go grab your favorite bowl and let’s get cooking.
