Here’s What You’ll Need
This is just an overview, and you can jump to the recipe for exact measurements!
- Soft Goat Cheese: Tangy goat cheese is a crowd-pleaser that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the grapes.
- Seedless Grapes: Both red and green grapes work here.
- Shelled Pistachios: Pistachios give these bites their crunchy coating and add a festive pop of green!

Making these is simple
Step 1: Coat the Grapes
Start by wrapping each grape in goat cheese, rolling it between your palms to get an even coating.

Step 2: Roll in Pistachios
Pulse your pistachios in a food processor (or chop them by hand if you want more control over the texture). Then roll each goat cheese-coated grape in the crushed pistachios, pressing gently to help the nuts really stick into the goat cheese.

Serving Tip
Serve these bites immediately, or pop them in the fridge to keep them fresh until your guests arrive. For an extra pizzazz, drizzle with honey or add a pinch of flaky sea salt and pepper just before serving.
