Frozen Blueberry Bites
These Frozen Yogurt Blueberries are a simple, healthy snack that satisfy your sweet tooth big time.

I’ve always loved snacking on frozen grapes, but being that it’s blueberry week (and beyond hot outside), I thought why not change it up and freeze some blueberries for a snack?
But let’s really change it up and dip the blueberries in yogurt first! Enter, frozen yogurt covered blueberry bites.
We’re taking it back to the basics with this one. Yogurt + blueberries + freezer. That’s it.

Ingredients for these Frozen Yogurt Blueberries
- Blueberries: I love fresh blueberries for this recipe because they freeze into perfect bite-sized pieces. You could also use grapes, quartered strawberries, or virtually any bite-sized fruit (like diced mango, kiwi, or watermelon).
- Yogurt: You can use any yogurt you have on hand here! I prefer a yogurt with some sweetness (like vanilla or berry-flavored) rather than plain Greek yogurt.

To make these frozen yogurt covered blueberry flavor bombs, you’ll just dip each berry in your yogurt of choice, using a toothpick to dip the berries in without a mess.
Transfer the dipped berry to a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate, then pop them in the freezer! These don’t take long to freeze, just an hour or so.
Once frozen solid, pop them off the parchment and store them in a freezer-safe container until ready to eat.

I make this all the time with all different kinds of fruit! it is such a perfect snack.
Oh yum! What are some of your favorites?
Have you (or anyone) tried it with strawberries and cherries? If so, how are they? Do they turn out as good as the blueberries?
Hi, Kat! I haven’t tried it with other fruits, but I would think they’d work. Perhaps just cut the cherries and strawberries in half before dipping in yogurt 🙂
I really like the looks of this recipe. I will be trying this later today.
Making these now! ?
This is a great idea. I am so excited to make these, blueberries and cherries… Yum! This looks like the perfect little snack for these hot summer days!
Thanks so much, Lela! I’m with ya. With no air con I could just about eat these for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
How about banana chunks dipped in banana yogurt!
Oooh I think that’d be great Phyllis! Chocolate or strawberry-flavored yogurt 🙂
Making now! Thank you!
You’re welcome! 😀
Mmm, how long can they be outside the freezer?
They soften pretty quickly, within 30 minutes of so. Not great for taking with you to work or school, more for snacking at home! 🙂
Can you use frozen blueberries?
Yes! 😀
These were amazing! Thanks for sharing. My kids loved them and so did I. The perfect snack after playing outside on a warm day.
So happy to hear, Crystal! 😀
I used whole fat plain Greek yogurt with 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract and 3 drops of organic Stevia. Keeps me in ketosis as well as healthier. Thanks for the idea.
That all sounds so great, Patricia! Glad you could make it work for your keto eating 😀
