Corn Recipes

Corn is known for providing meaningful, but not high, amounts of fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and folate (but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be chowing down on this delicious starchy vegetable)!

Most corn recipes work fine with the canned variety, but if you prefer fresh corn, choose ears with green husks, fresh silks, and tight rows of kernels. Refrigerate corn with husks on for use as soon as possible.
