7 Feta Recipes to Jazz Up Your Meal
Sharp, tangy, salty, crumbly feta. The culinary world would be a dull place without it. Sharing a few of my favorite feta recipes before jumping into the new eats that we’ve got lined up for our feta cheese spotlight ingredient weeks!
Ask the tulip-man and he’ll probably tell you (accompanied by an epic eyeroll) the foods that I love to cook with (as in, have on stock at all times and use, in some manner, in every meal): chickpeas, Greek yogurt, feta cheese. I think I was Greek in another life. Fortunately for me, I wiggled myself into a partially Greek family who own some restaurants in town, so the Greek food is never in short supply.

Before we jump into the feta recipes hitting your table later this week (to include a mushroom gyro that I’m ob-SESSED with and a frozen yogurt that’s more than meets the eye), I’m sharing a few of my favorite feta recipes from the blog archives.
When you think of feta recipes, you don’t usually think to turn it into a spread. But guys…it’s so good. With just two simple ingredients, this Whipped Feta Cheese recipe is a creamy, tangy spread that you’re going to want to slather on everything.
This Greek Baked Feta takes everything delicious about Greek salad and throws it in the oven for a few minutes! Warm and spreadable feta with burst tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
