Mint is one of my favorite fresh herbs to have on hand. Refreshing and flexible, you can use it in a whole lot more than you’d think.
So if you have more mint on your hands than you know what to do with, here are seven deliciously refreshing recipes with mint!
1. Mint Tea
Add a sprig or two to a mug and cover in hot water. Let steep for a few minutes then enjoy! I like mine with a dash of honey. Here’s how to make Fresh Mint Tea and Moroccan Mint Tea.
2. Mint Ice Cubes
Brew your mint tea extra strong then freeze it into ice cubes! You’ll have instant minty refreshment anytime you want. It’s perfect in water, lemonade, and fresh juices.
3. Chocolate Dipped Mint Leaves
Craving something sweet after dinner? These Chocolate Dipped Mint Leaves are frozen in a flash and ultra-refreshing. So clever!
4. Watermelon Salad

There is a “flower” which you can also find on a sweet basil plant, that is to be cut 0ff, before you consume. Is this a simular flower atop the spearmint stem ?
