Grapes have a reasonably good nutrition profile but derive about 90% of their calories from sugar. This is, of course, what makes them taste so good! They’re a fun addition to so many recipes (like our Roasted Grape Pizza)!
Choose plump, firm grapes that are firmly attached to the stem. Don’t wash them until right before eating or cooking – the moisture will cause them to go bad more quickly.
