Butternut Squash Recipes

Half cup butternut squash provides 15% of your daily need for vitamin A, 25%  vitamin C, and a healthy dose of fiber for only 30 calories! 

Choose squash that is heavy for its size. Store butternut squash in a cool, dark place for up to a month. Once you cut your butternut squash, refrigerate the unused portion.
