Enjoy a taste of summer with these easy-to-make passion fruit popsicles, perfect for keeping on hand in the summer! Step aside sugar-filled popsicles. With these homemade ones, you can add as little or as much sweetener as you like to make a healthy and delicious treat. They are so easy to make, and all you need is a bowl and popsicle molds.
1cuppassion fruit pureeif using packaged frozen puree, thaw it before using, 230 g
2Tbsplime juice30 mL
Optional: fresh passion fruit pulp
Instructions
Dissolve Sugar: Heat 1 cup of the water in the microwave until warm, then stir in sugar until dissolved.
Mix: In a spouted bowl, combine sugar water with remaining 1 cup of water, passion fruit puree, and lime juice.
Assemble: If desired, spoon some of the pulp from a fresh passion fruit into each popsicle mold (this is just so you can have some seeds in the pops for the aesthetic!). Pour mixture into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.

Make it tropical by blending in some mango or pineapple for a super tropical pop!Make it creamy by mixing in 1/2 of a can of coconut milk before pouring into molds.Store popsicles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 months.
