Ready in just 10 minutes, these autumn apple sangrias are a fan favorite here at Live Eat Learn and with my friends and family. Made with apples, brandy, white wine, and cinnamon, they're a refreshing fall drink that you'll want to sip on all season.

¼ to ½cupapricot, apple, or pear brandy60 to 120 mL
1cupcarbonated water236 mL, club soda
Instructions
Combine: In a large pitcher, stir together all ingredients except carbonated water. If you have time, set pitcher in fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
Serve: Just before serving, add carbonated water to the pitcher. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
Notes
Can sub the brandy for bourbon or a fruity liquor.Optional Add-Ins: chopped plums, chopped pears, sliced oranges.For added fancy, combine a spoonful each of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the rims of your serving glasses into the sangria, then dip them in the cinnamon sugar mix before pouring in the sangria.
