These Apple Cider Vinegar Pineapple Popsicles are the perfect sick day pick-me-up. Made with just 4 ingredients, no blender needed! Easy, healthy, and seriously refreshing.

Instructions
Stir together 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple (with its juice), ½ cup apple cider vinegar, and ¼ cup honey.
Freeze: Pour mixture into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. If the mixture doesn't fill the molds entirely, top off each well with coconut water and stir with a popsicle stick to combine. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
Notes
Storage: These will last for up to 3 months in the freezer. Just make sure the mold lid is sealed tightly to keep them from getting freezer-burned.Can I use whole pineapple or chunks? Yes, you'll just need to blend all the ingredients together.
