  • ¼ cup shaved or chopped almonds 30 g
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt 65 g, or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup 30 mL
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
