Instructions
Blend
: Add tofu, oil, and apple cider vinegar to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Stir
: Pour blended tofu into a medium mixing bowl then stir in all remaining ingredients.
Serve
: Best if served chilled.
Notes
To use fresh herbs
(parsley, dill, and chives), replace the 2 tsp each with 2 Tbsp each.
Store
in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
