Roasted Potatoes


Try these crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside Rosemary Roasted Potatoes for a flavor-packed punch in every bite!

You'll Need:

Small Potatoes Oil Rosemary Garlic Powder Sea Salt

Step 1

Boil: Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Add to boiling water and cook until fork tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. When finished, strain potatoes.

Step 2

Assemble: In a large bowl, toss together boiled potatoes, oil, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 3

Bake: Bake potatoes until crispy and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
