Notes
Storage: This is best enjoyed fresh, but you can prep the espresso and sweetener base in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days. Just shake and pour when ready!Do I need to use espresso? Espresso gives the best flavor, but you can absolutely use strong brewed coffee, cold brew concentrate, or even instant espresso. It tastes too sweet or not sweet enough. What do I do? The sweetness is super customizable! Start with less brown sugar and add more to taste. A tiny pinch of salt also helps balance sweetness if it feels overly sugary.
