Bring the flavors of Italy straight to your kitchen with homemade Italian seasoning mix! This classic blend of herbs infuses a touch of the Mediterranean into pasta dishes, vegetarian meatballs, pizza, and more. You’re never going to buy it from the store again!
Mix: In a mixing bowl, gently combine the herbs. It's important to mix them thoroughly to ensure each spoonful of your seasoning has an even distribution of all the flavors.
Store: Once mixed, transfer your Italian Seasoning Mix into an airtight container. This could be a spice jar, a small mason jar, or any container that seals well.

Notes
Storage: Italian seasoning mix should stay fresh for up to 6 months in an airtight jar or glass container. However, since you’ll be combining more than one ingredient, it’s best to check the expiration dates on each individual spice. This will give you a better idea of how long your blend will last. For optimal storage, make sure to keep it in a cool, dark, and dry place away from direct sunlight. I like to store mine in my pantry, but a spice drawer works, too.
