These are my secret weapon for last-minute hosting. They look fancy, taste bright and cozy, and instantly turn any glass of bubbles into something special.
Assemble: Arrange orange slices and cranberries into the bottom of each ice cube well (this is the ice cube tray I used), then add in star anise, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary.
Freeze: Stir together Bragg ACV and cranberry juice, then pour it into each well, almost (but not quite) to the top. Freeze until solid, at elast 4 hours.
Serve: Place 1 large cranberry ice cube (or about 3 smaller cubes) into a serving glass. Top with sparkling juice, soda water, or ginger ale.
