Prep: Cut the halloumi in half, hamburger-style, to create 2 patties. Slice the tomato into thick slabs. Sprinkle halloumi and tomato slices evenly with the oregano and pepper. Toast the hamburger buns.
Sauce: Mix the mayo and garlic.
