Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp white sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup vanilla soy milk or just plain ole milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter or margarine or dairy-free alternative
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In separate bowl, mix soy milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Create a well in the dry ingredients, then pour wet mixture in, mixing until all ingredients are moist.
  4. Heat a skillet to medium heat then grease. Pour ¼ cup portions batter.
  5. Flip each pancake when bubbles begin to form on top.
