With just 3 ingredients, this dragon fruit smoothie is so easy yet packed with vitamins and so, so refreshing. And even though dragon fruit seems exotic, you can use frozen dragon fruit cubes in most grocery stores' freezer aisle.
Blend all ingredients until smooth, starting with ½ cup milk and adding more as needed to reach your desired consistency. Optionally add 1 or 2 Smoothie Enhancers (see notes.)

*Don't like bananas? You can replace the banana with ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt!Smoothie Enhancers: 1 Tbsp chia, flax, or hemp seeds, 1 Tbsp nut butter, ½ scoop protein powder, ½ cup spinach or kale (will make the color less pretty)Storage: You can keep this smoothie in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Just reblend with ice the next day.Freezer: You can also pour leftovers into ice cube molds and freeze them. When you want to enjoy it, let them soften on the counter for 5-10 minutes then reblend with a little milk or water.
