Step 1

Freeze: Cube and freeze 2 cups of watermelon.

Step 2

Blend: Add 2 cups watermelon, ½ cucumber, and 2 sprigs mint leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to get things moving. Taste and add honey as needed to suit your liking.
