Ingredients

Unflavored kombucha Water White sugar Black tea

Step 1

First Fermentation: Combine sweet tea and starter kombucha. Let sit, covered, for 6 to 10 days.

Step 2

Second Fermentation: Transfer to bottles and add your desired flavor. Let sit for 3 to 10 days, until carbonated.
