2 15-oz canscans pinto or kidney beansdrained and rinsed
115-oz canblack beansdrained and rinsed
1red bell pepperdiced
½mediumred onionseeded and diced
2jalapenosseeded and finely chopped
Dressing: Whisk together the Dressing ingredients. Set aside.
Salad: Toss together the Salad ingredients.
