Prep: Before you start, wash your cauliflower and pat it dry. Then, remove the green leaves and stem.

Food Processor: Cut the cauliflower into small chunks that will fit into your food processor. Place the chunks into the food processor and pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice. Be sure not to over-process, or you might end up with mashed cauliflower!
Box Grater: Hold the cauliflower by the stem and grate the head against the medium or large holes of the box grater.
Knife: Cut the cauliflower into florets, then into very small pieces until it resembles rice.
