HOW TO COOK

Step 1

Soak: Place soy curls in a bowl and cover with room temperature water. Let soak for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Squeeze: Drain the water from the soy curls, then squeeze out as much water as you can from the curls.

Step 3

Saute: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat, then add soy curls. Cook until they turn golden brown. Stir half of your chosen sauce into the pan, cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
