These Coconut Coated No Bake Energy Bites, with just prunes, almonds, chia seeds, and orange zest, are a quick and healthy snack or on-the-go breakfast!
Blitz: In a food processor, process almonds until coarsely ground. Add all remaining ingredients except coconut and process until the mixture is evenly mixed.
Roll: Form teaspoon sized pieces of dough into balls and roll in the shredded coconut to coat.
