These Rainbow Smoothie Shots come in four tasty flavors and are jam-packed with veggie-based nutrients. Make one or multiply the recipe to make a batch for the week!
Blend: Choose which smoothie shot you want to make, then add its ingredients to a blender, along with 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth, adding a touch more water as needed to get things moving.
Strain (Optional): If making the red or yellow smoothie, serve fresh from the blender. If making the orange or green smoothie, you may want to strain it through a fine mesh sieve. Pour juice into a shot glass and serve.
