Ingredients

mandarin oranges
½
cup
milk
any variety, I used almond milk
¼
cup
oats
½
tbsp
honey

Tbsp
chia seeds
Optional topping ideas: 1 Tbsp chopped dark chocolate, 1 Tbsp chopped seeds, 1 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
In a blender, combine 1 mandarin orange, milk, oats, and honey until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a serving glass or bowl and gently stir in chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours*, until mixture has a pudding-like consistency.
Top with sectioned mandarin orange. Optionally top with chocolate, seeds, or coconut.
Notes
*For a super quick breakfast, make this in the evening and refrigerate overnight.
