Instructions
Heat
: In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until soft and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Cook
: Add chopped collard greens and cook, stirring often, until they've reduced in size and are soft, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Season
: Stir in salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve warm!
