Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon 600 g, previously chopped and frozen
  • ½ cup Malibu rum 120 mL
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp sugar to taste
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice 30 mL

Instructions

  • Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to evenly combine.

Notes

  • To freeze watermelon, lay chopped pieces on a parchment paper-lined sheet in a single layer. Freeze until hard, then transfer to a freezer-safe container or baggie until you need them.
  • Store leftover Watermelon Daiquiri in the freezer in an airtight container.
