Frozen Watermelon Daiquiri
For when you’re craving a cocktail that can cool you off in the summer heat, this Frozen Watermelon Daiquiri is the answer, taking almost no time to prepare (and with just a handful of ingredients)!

- 4 cups watermelon 600 g, previously chopped and frozen
- ½ cup Malibu rum 120 mL
- 2 to 4 Tbsp sugar to taste
- 2 Tbsp lime juice 30 mL
- To freeze watermelon, lay chopped pieces on a parchment paper-lined sheet in a single layer. Freeze until hard, then transfer to a freezer-safe container or baggie until you need them.
- Store leftover Watermelon Daiquiri in the freezer in an airtight container.
