week delicious pumpkin adventure. This was the first featured ingredient whose exploration I didn’t cram into a mere week, and it was grand. There was time for failures, time to work up to successes, time for me to prepare for the big move across the pond (a.k.a. learn Dutch in the next month and a half), and time to enjoy fall hahaha who am I kidding I live in Texas and it’s 90 degrees.
But guess what I didn’t do? Get sick of pumpkin! I must say, I get pretty tired of some of these ingredients after eating only them for days (+ all their leftovers + the enormous amount I tend to buy “just in case”) (looking at you, beet week), but in a wild turn of events (as wild as events can go in a food blog), I didn’t get sick of pumpkin! So, as always, here are a few hand-selected (err…finger-clicked?) vegan pumpkin recipes for your devouring!
