9 Chia Seed Recipes to Try Today

Fun Fact: I’ve been using the same bag of chia seeds since I moved to Texas over a year ago. And boy has that bag got me through some chia seed recipes. This week I tried my hand at some chia jelly (jam? I still don’t know what to call it), and finally hopped on the whole overnight oats thing. But there are a million and one more things you can do with them, so here are 9 more chia seed recipes!

1. Because it’s never too early to start getting excited for Christmas, and because dessert first (always), you should probably give these Christmas Rum Balls a go. (Belly Rumbles)

  1. Wow thanks for including my rum balls in this brilliant round up! I must admit I have more chia seeds than I seem to be able to use. There are a few recipes above that I will be having a go at. Thanks for a brilliant round up.
